Role Description

This is a full-time, onsite/hybrid Lead Designer role in West Wycombe. The Lead Designer will be able to work with the Client Services team, take briefs and then work independently to deliver campaign assets, website, event materials, storyboard videos, and print materials from concept to delivery. The role also includes tasks related to branding and typography. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with the team to ensure designs meet client requirements, optimising visuals for various channels, and maintaining brand consistency. Working in the Tech and Fintech industries, they need to be able to read and understand technical content and translate this into impactful visuals and design.

Qualifications
  • Experience with Creative and Design from Concept to Delivery
  • Proficiency in Branding and Typography
  • Strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Expert with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience with Figma
  • Ability to work on-site in West Wycombe

Senior Client Services Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in High Wycombe. The Client Services Executive will work with a Client Service Manager, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain effective business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include Updating Project management systems, supporting with client communications, addressing client needs, and analysing client feedback to improve service delivery. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure client projects are executed successfully. Content Marketing Specialist

Job Purpose and Scope:
  • Prism Create is one of the UK’s leading Tech and Fintech marketing agencies, currently hiring a Content Marketing Executive to strengthen the agency’s content delivery capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a content marketer with previous experience to own the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for some of the largest, most prestigious and disruptive brands spanning the tech and fintech space.
  • The primary responsibility of the Content Marketing Specialist is to work with the strategy and Content Marketing Manager on the delivery of a range of content-based initiatives including content writing, campaign strategy and digital marketing execution.
  • The successful candidate should have at least two years of proven experience writing marketing content, ideally in a B2B environment. The candidate must be confident in their ability to copywrite a variety of formats spanning short-form content (e.g. social posts, emails, landing pages) to more in-depth formats including video scripts, datasheets and reports.
  • As well as writing the content, the successful candidate should have an understanding of B2B marketing, particularly around distribution on digital channels such as organic social, paid media, email and inbound marketing.
  • The successful candidate will also work alongside the Strategy and Content Marketing Manager to execute Prism’s marketing strategy, including ongoing management of the social media accounts and website, as well as ad-hoc content marketing campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Copywrite a broad range of marketing assets spanning short to long-form content
  • Contribute to, or propose multi-asset content strategies based on the brief provided by client
  • Proofread and copyedit output from other members of the team. Check and sign off creative drafts from studio team.
  • Support Client Services team by building strong relationships with Prism clients and contributing expertise and recommendations on client calls and emails
  • Work with Strategy and Content Marketing Manager to execute Prism’s marketing strategy
  • Build campaigns in marketing software such as email, paid and social media platforms
  • Manage time effectively and ensure project management system is maintained for all tasks owned by candidate
Skills, interest and qualities:
  • Proven copywriting experience, including examples
  • Passion for content marketing and a drive to develop a career in marketing
  • Experience working in B2B. Tech and Fintech preferred but not necessary
  • Self - motivated, dedicated and independent
