Work for the Client Services Director and alongside the Client Services Team. Taking responsibility for smaller/simple jobs such as merchandise, Print and Production, Social assets etc. and supporting the team on larger Digital and Creative Projects. Develop and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism Team members and clients.
Help the Client Services Team and other members of Prism Team on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities
Attend customer meetings, briefs, presentations and client events with other Client Services team members, as required.
Support social selling of Prism Create
Support the team to help create “brief” responses
Briefing the creative studio and digital teams for projects
Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of any projects you are managing
Obtain supplier costs and work with the Client Services Manager/Director to cost up an Estimate - ready to send to client.
Using the Project Management System to manage the projects, keeping all timelines and tasks up to date
