The Client Services team is key to the success of Prism Create. This team is client focused and is constantly praised for being more responsive than any other agency
This role is a Senior member of the Client Services Team reporting to the Client Services Director
Take responsibility for managing a new Strategic account
Manage the client relationships, their campaigns and projects from start to completion as agreed on time and within budget. When the project incurs extra costs to ensure where possible to negotiate with the client, the additional costs making sure Prism is profitable
Update Project Management System and keep all projects up to date so anyone can see how the projects are progressing
Chair weekly calls to run through all projects with clients
Work with and support other Client Services team members on other projects across other accounts
Work with the Client Account Execs to understand, build, develop, and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism clients – what their business does and how Prism Services can meet their goals. Take client briefs but also proactively present new ideas and services to agreed clients
Propose new ideas to accounts to generate new revenue streams
Build out relationships with new contacts and departments within the accounts

Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships
Ability to understand business issues and goals and how marketing can assist
Ability to grow an account gaining more projects, revenue and profit
Tight organisational and excellent time management skills
Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Account Management/Client Services with a Marketing agency
