Client Services Executive

 

Job Overview
  • Work for the Client Services Director and alongside the Client Services Team. Taking responsibility for smaller/simple jobs such as merchandise, Print and Production, Social assets etc. and supporting the team on larger Digital and Creative Projects. Develop and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism Team members and clients.
  • Help the Client Services Team and other members of Prism Team on a daily basis.
Main responsibilities
  • Attend customer meetings, briefs, presentations and client events with other Client Services team members, as required.
  • Support social selling of Prism Create
  • Support the team to help create “brief” responses
  • Briefing the creative studio and digital teams for projects
  • Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of any projects you are managing
  • Obtain supplier costs and work with the Client Services Manager/Director to cost up an Estimate - ready to send to client.
  • Using the Project Management System to manage the projects, keeping all timelines and tasks up to date
