Content Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious content marketing specialist with copywriting and marketing strategy experience to own the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for some of the largest, most prestigious and disruptive brands spanning the tech and fintech space. This position will be working out of our U.K Office.

 

Job Purpose & Scope:

Prism Create is one of the UK’s leading Tech and Fintech marketing agencies, currently hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to strengthen the agency’s content delivery capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity for a content marketer with previous experience to own the execution and delivery of high-impact marketing campaigns for some of the largest, most prestigious and disruptive brands spanning the tech and fintech space.

The primary responsibility of the Content Marketing Specialist is to support the Head of Content and Digital on the delivery of a range of content-based initiatives including content writing, campaign strategy and digital execution.

The successful candidate should have at least two years of proven experience writing marketing content, ideally in a B2B environment. The candidate must be confident in their ability to copywrite a variety of formats spanning short-form content (e.g. social posts, emails, landing pages) to more in-depth formats including video scripts, datasheets and reports.

As well as writing the content, the successful candidate should have an understanding of B2B marketing, particularly around distribution on digital channels such as organic social, paid media, email and inbound marketing.

The successful candidate will also work alongside the Head of Content and Digital to execute Prism’s marketing strategy, including ongoing management of the social media accounts and website, as well as ad-hoc content marketing campaigns.

The role is designed for candidates with 2+ years of experience, however if you are more senior and feel a role like this is of interest to you, we’d still like to hear from you and we can discuss if this opportunity is suitable for you.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Copywrite a broad range of marketing assets spanning short to long-form content
  • Contribute to, or propose multi-asset content strategies based on the brief provided by client
  • Proofread and copyedit output from other members of the team. Check and sign off creative drafts from studio team
  • Support Client Services team by building strong relationships with Prism clients and contributing expertise and recommendations on client calls and emails
  • Work with Head of Content and Digital to execute Prism’s marketing strategy
  • Build campaigns in marketing software such as email, paid and social media platforms
  • Manage time effectively and ensure project management system is maintained for all tasks owned by candidate
Necessary Experience, Knowledge and Skills Required:
  • Proven copywriting experience, including examples
  • Passion for content marketing and a drive to develop a career in marketing
  • Experience working in B2B. Tech and Fintech preferred but not necessary
  • Self - motivated, dedicated and independent
  • Good to motivate others
  • Methodical and organised
  • Good communications skills, both oral and written
  • Team player, who is able to work on own initiative and providing results under tight deadlines
  • Accountable for the work you produce
  • Proactive 'Can Do' attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast moving environment where key objectives need to be met in pre-agreed timescales.
  • Able to cope with changing priorities and able to plan workload

  • Basic understanding of on-page SEO best practices
  • Experience working in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Eloqua, Hubspot, CMS platforms, Ad manager, LinkedIn for business, etc.
  • Experience with basic HTML would be an advantage

This position will be working out of our U.K Office.

Prism Create is one of the UK’s leading B2B Tech and Fintech marketing agencies, currently hiring a Motion Graphics Designer to elevate the agency’s animation and editing capabilities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a designer with a focus on motion graphics to lead on the delivery of high-impact video deliverables for some of the largest, most prestigious and disruptive brands spanning the tech and fintech space. We receive a broad range of interesting motion requests that span film, animation and editing – from animated social posts to high-impact brand and campaign videos, and even documentary-style production.

The primary responsibility of the Motion Graphics Designer is to own the delivery of a range of motion assets, including: motion content campaigns, live action, animations, audio and podcast production and a host of campaign support projects, ensuring delivery of all assets are to the highest standards and in-line with client expectations.

Motion is a growing area of our business and we’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven candidate looking to not only lead the delivery of motion graphics projects but also drive this part of the studio forward.

Salary - £30k+ Depending on Experience

Key Accountabilities and experience
  • Exceptional design and animation skills
  • Ability to develop concepts and visualise in a clear, compelling way
  • Excellent attention to detail a must
  • At least 2+ years’ experience working within a fast-paced agency environment
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite, particularly motion tools After Effects and Premier Pro, as well as Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Audio mixing experience
  • Film editing experience
  • Be a great communicator, receive and interpret feedback, and meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to respond to direction from team, as well as user feedback, data/analytics, and client feedback to improve the creative work in future iterations
  • 3D animation experience a bonus
