1. Senior Client Services Manager

 

Job Purpose and Scope:
  • The Client Services team is key to the success of Prism Create. This team is client focused and is constantly praised for being more responsive than any other agency
  • This role is a Senior member of the Client Services Team reporting to the Client Services Director
  • Take responsibility for managing some of Prisms largest accounts
  • Manage the client relationships, their campaigns and projects from start to completion as agreed on time and within budget. When the project incurs extra costs to ensure where possible to negotiate with the client, the additional costs making sure Prism is profitable.
  • Create Quotations, Manage Retainers, Manage Project Budgets, Manage Projects
  • Update Project Management System and keep all projects up to date so anyone can see how the projects are progressing
  • Chair weekly calls to run through all projects with clients
  • Work with and support other Client Services team members on other projects across other accounts
  • Work with the Client Account Execs to understand, build, develop, and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism clients – what their business does and how Prism Services can meet their goals. Take client briefs but also proactively present new ideas and services to agreed clients
  • Propose new ideas to accounts to generate new revenue streams
  • Build out relationships with new contacts and departments within the accounts

Skills, Interests and Qualities
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Account Management/Client Services with a Marketing agency
  • Self - motivated, dedicated, and independent
  • Good at motivating others
  • Methodical and organised
  • Good communications skills, both oral and written.
  • Team player, who is able to work on own initiative and providing results under tight deadlines
  • Accountable for the work you produce
  • Proactive 'Can Do' attitude
  • Able to work under pressure and be prepared to work in a fast moving environment where key objectives need to be met in pre-agreed timescales.
  • Able to cope with changing priorities and able to plan workload.
  • Good English both oral and written ability to proof copy and any additional language skills would be beneficial
  • Microsoft proficient – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams etc
  • Excellent ability in taking briefs and pulling together and presenting proposals

2. Lead Designer

 

Job Purpose and Scope:

 

The Lead designer is responsible for managing all aspects of the design process, executing concepts in line with brand guidelines through conceptualisation stages to final output. This role has extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders covering both print, digital and various media outputs. The role requires an experienced creative who has proven knowledge of the Creative Cloud Suite, Figma and project management systems. Previous experience working in a fast-paced agency is essential.

 

The role is designed for candidates with 7+ years of Industry experience, working in a fast-paced agency.
