Client Services Manager

Work alongside the Client Account Execs to understand, build, develop and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism clients – what their business does and how Prism Services can meet their goals. Take client briefs but also proactively sell in ideas and services to agreed clients.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.30pm
(however, when a deadline is looming, the role will require extra hours at times, to ensure the success of a campaign/project).

Job Overview

  1. Work alongside the Client Account Execs to understand, build, develop and maintain a good and friendly rapport with all Prism clients – what their business does and how Prism Services can meet their goals. Take client briefs but also proactively sell in ideas and services to agreed clients.
  2. Help the Client Account Execs on a daily basis
  3. Manage key client account relationships as directed, their campaigns and projects from start to completion as agreed, on time and within budget. If and when the project incurs extra costs to ensure where possible to negotiate with the client the additional costs making sure Prism is profitable.

Main responsibilities

  1. Attend customer meetings, briefs, presentations and client events as required
  2. Social selling of Prism Create
  3. Share best practice across accounts and with other team members to help drive work across the business and client work to grow the accounts
  4. Working with team to create “brief” response and then full brief/campaign support that meets the client’s brief and budget and assisting Client Account Execs when needed for support
  5. Present project plans to clients and direct Client Service Execs to help with creating estimates for Account team to prepare
  6. Briefing the creative studio and digital teams
  7. Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
  8. Checking and reporting on the campaign’s progress
  9. Keeping in contact with the client at all stages of the project
  10. Manage project budgets, working with Client Account Execs to obtain supplier costs and with Finance team - ready to send to client
  11. Keeping your time in Teamworks on a day-to-day basis, keeping milestones and tasks up to date
  12. Grow the contacts and develop new opportunities within the accounts

Skills, interest and qualities

  1. Excellent at building and maintaining client relationships
  2. Ability to understand business issues and goals and how marketing can assist
  3. Ability to grow an account gaining more projects, revenue and profit
  4. Tight organisational and excellent time management skills
  5. Excellent communication skills and a creative mindset
  6. Ability to work well as part of a team
  7. Proactive in all respects, look for opportunities to assist when there is a need
  8. Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  9. Confidence and a persuasive manner
  10. Great business sense and the ability to work to budgets and ensure profitability
  11. Computer literacy and good typing skills
  12. A good level of English, spelling and grammar and budget management
  13. Accuracy and attention to detail is paramount
  14. Ability to use initiative
  15. A genuine interest to pursue a career in Marketing, preferably in IT and Fintech
