The challenge.

Amadeus Payments wanted to bring together 100 partners, employees, and guests for a two-day partner event in Madrid. The goal was to create an engaging experience that showcased their expertise, fostered stronger relationships, and left a lasting impression on attendees. To succeed, they needed full-service event management — from creative planning and logistics to on-the-ground delivery.

The approach.

From the initial brief, the PrismCreate events team provided end-to-end event management. This included pre-event site visits, creative concept development, production management, and social media support to build excitement and extend the reach of the event. We also designed and built multiple product demos, showcased in a dedicated ‘Meet the Experts’ area, which became a highlight for attendees eager to explore Amadeus’ payments solutions.

Our team remained in Madrid for the duration of the event, managing everything from filming and production to the smooth running of activities on-site — ensuring every detail was handled with precision.
