The challenge.

As part of the global launch of Nevio — Amadeus’s new platform designed to empower airlines to enhance passenger experiences — the company wanted to engage staff internally. Their goal was to build excitement and awareness across global offices through branded merchandise. The challenge lay in designing, producing, and shipping high-quality materials at scale, all ahead of the official launch date.

The approach.

Prism partnered with Amadeus to deliver a seamless rollout. We designed a suite of branded merchandise, including notebooks, lanyards, and pens, all aligned with Nevio’s new identity. Our team managed production and coordinated the global shipping of approximately 10,000 items to 10 international offices. To enhance the celebrations, we also arranged for branded cupcakes to be delivered on launch day.

The outcome.

The merchandise and launch activations helped create a sense of pride and excitement around Nevio within Amadeus offices worldwide. Staff were engaged and inspired by the brand experience, while the coordinated logistics ensured everything arrived on time and to standard. The result was a successful global launch supported by memorable, tangible touchpoints that reinforced Amadeus’s innovative new platform.
