Amadeus wanted to promote the latest features of its existing SECO platform to current customers, with a focus on three core pillars. The objective was to raise awareness and engagement around these updates, presenting them in a fresh and compelling way that aligned with Amadeus’ evolving brand identity.

The approach.

We developed a new creative concept and messaging framework that reflected the updated Amadeus brand and clearly communicated the value of SECO’s new features. This foundation was used to guide the creation of a cohesive suite of promotional assets, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. The campaign included a hero video and three supporting videos - each dedicated to one of the SECO pillars - as well as an infographic, landing pages, and social media posts to drive engagement and traffic.

The outcome.

The campaign successfully reinvigorated interest in the SECO platform among existing Amadeus customers. Through a unified creative approach and targeted content, the campaign effectively highlighted the platform’s enhancements, increased awareness, and reinforced Amadeus' position as a forward-thinking travel technology partner.
