The challenge.

Amadeus sought to roll out a refreshed set of internal values across its global offices. The objective was to ensure these values were not only communicated but also embedded into the day-to-day culture across all teams. To achieve this, Amadeus needed a compelling creative concept and a cohesive messaging framework that could be applied consistently across a wide range of internal communication channels and assets.

The approach.

Prism developed a bold and engaging creative platform built around the concept ‘Because VALUES matter’. This central idea served as the foundation for a versatile messaging framework that could adapt to various formats and cultural contexts across the organization. Once the concept was approved, we led the design and production of a suite of campaign assets.

The outcome.

While this was an internal campaign and not measured by traditional performance metrics, the impact was clear: the ‘Because VALUES matter’ campaign has been successfully adopted across all Amadeus offices globally. The creative and messaging framework, along with the extensive asset rollout, has provided a consistent and inspiring way for employees to engage with the company’s new internal values. The campaign has helped embed these values into everyday working life and culture at Amadeus.
