The approach.
PrismCreate was engaged, having been highly recommended by other Amadeus departments. We began by developing creative concepts for the event, which were then applied across a suite of assets including roll-up banners, name badges, stage backdrops, screen visuals, and stage panels.
To mark the anniversary of the event, we also designed a 52-page commemorative booklet, sourcing production, printing, and shipping to ensure delivery at the venue. In addition, we storyboarded and produced three event videos, carefully selecting imagery and music, and completing all production well ahead of schedule despite the tight turnaround.
