The approach.
Prism designed and built the Jabra Flexible Working Central, a free online hub for partners. The platform was created to be both informative and interactive. Existing product videos were repurposed with quiz questions added at the end, giving users the chance to earn “Jabra Flex Points.” These points could be accumulated for entry into a prize draw to win a £1,000 home office.
To keep the experience fresh, we updated the portal weekly with new videos and social posts, each offering more opportunities to earn points. We also developed a memory block game for the portal’s ‘Chillout Zone’ to encourage ongoing engagement.
Alongside the platform, we supported Jabra with a suite of digital marketing assets to promote the launch – including emails, a landing page banner and email signatures – translated into English, Danish, and Swedish. A key feature of the site was the Jabra Flex Scale, which allowed each user to track their progress and see how their points ranked them from “Rookie” to “Superhero.”
