The approach.
The first task was to establish a straightforward yet efficient global
distribution model. We now operate through hubs strategically located in the UK, Hungary, Dubai, India,
Singapore, Australia, New York, and North Carolina. Each hub delivers a consistent experience for Sitecore
employees worldwide – right down to the way every swag box is wrapped.
We designed and implemented an end-to-end fulfilment process for Sitecore’s new starter welcome kits. As
part of the onboarding journey, each new employee is directed to a bespoke registration page, that we
created in collaboration with the HR team. Using unique codes, employees complete a simple form to provide
their delivery details and clothing sizes, ensuring every kit is tailored to the individual. The data then
flows directly into our database, where we oversee stock control, manage fulfilment with consistent
quality and branding, and coordinate international shipping to ensure timely delivery worldwide.
By centralising stock management and logistics with us, Sitecore avoids the complexity of handling
multiple suppliers or regional distribution channels, ensuring a smooth and standardised experience for
every new hire.
