The challenge.

TeamViewer needed a global Black Friday campaign to promote a special offer across multiple markets. The campaign required a clear messaging framework and creative concepts that could translate effectively across cultures and platforms. With over 30 languages involved, the assets needed to be flexible, scalable, and adaptable for a wide range of digital channels including social media and email.

The approach.

We began by developing several creative concepts and accompanying messaging routes for the Black Friday campaign. After collaborating with the TeamViewer team to select the final creative direction, we moved into production. We created a large suite of digital assets including social media posts, retargeting ads, programmatic ads, email templates, email signatures, and online display ads. Each asset was carefully tailored to its platform’s specifications, with unique color palettes and imagery used depending on placement and audience. Every asset was then localized and adapted into over 30 languages, ensuring cultural and visual relevance across all markets.

The outcome.

The campaign launched successfully and exceeded expectations. TeamViewer not only met their revenue goal - they doubled it. The cohesive creative approach and rigorous localization process played a key role in helping the brand connect with audiences around the world and drive significant sales during the campaign period.
