The challenge.

TeamViewer were launching a new interface for their platform and wanted to transition existing users smoothly while ensuring they could confidently navigate the updated environment. With numerous updates spanning the entire platform, TeamViewer needed a way to deliver practical and accessible education that would speed up adoption and reduce support queries.

The approach.

To ensure a smooth transition to the updated interface, we produced a series of 14 concise screen-recorded videos, each focusing on a specific feature or update.

From navigation customisation, generating insights and exporting reports, to exploring TeamViewer CoPilot, the recordings showed the platform in action, allowing viewers to see exactly how each function worked in real-time. The content was clear, visually engaging and action-oriented so users could quickly recognise features and replicate actions within their own accounts, making the transition feel seamless and intuitive.

The outcome.

The video series gave TeamViewer a ready-to-use library of onboarding content that could be embedded across help centres, marketing touchpoints, and customer communications. The concise, feature-focused format kept viewers engaged and provided TeamViewer with an evergreen resource to support both new and existing users well beyond the initial launch – resulting in faster adoption and greater user confidence across the platform.
