We created an interactive eGuide built around six clearly defined shopper types - each with distinct traits, preferences, and buying behaviours. Users could navigate through each persona to uncover tailored insights, including key motivations, retail habits, and relevant payment considerations. Designed with intuitive navigation, custom animations, and a clean visual layout, the eGuide gave users a memorable, user-friendly way to explore complex retail personas and understand how Worldpay’s solutions could support each.
