It’s here. It’s now.
Amadeus launched their new platform, Nevio, further empowering airlines to improve their passengers’ overall travel experience. Nevio was launched globally and introduced at the IATA event in Chicago (which we too were involved in, supporting Amadeus’s presence).
Ahead of the wider launch, Amadeus reached out to Prism, as they wanted to promote the launch internally, engaging and educating their staff on the new platform. As part of this, Amadeus wanted to provide branded merchandise to offices around the world. Their challenge was the design, produce, and ship at scale these key promotional materials ahead of the set launch date.
Prism stepped in to help co-ordinate the roll out. First, we designed a series of branded notebooks, lanyards and pens, in line with the new Nevio branding and also sourced the production and shipping of these products (around 10,000 items in total) to 10 different offices, globally.
In additional to merchandise, on launch day, we coordinated the delivery of branded cupcakes for staff as part of the celebrations.
