Objective
Develop strategic messaging, a creative identity, and promotional assets to raise awareness and effectively communicate the new Amadeus internal values across their global staff base
In 2023, Amadeus developed their new internal values: Go explore. Go together. Make a difference. The requirement was to develop wider strategic messaging and accompanying assets, to effectively communicate these the values to their entire global staff base, spanning thousands of employees, to ensure these values were understood and adopted.
To achieve this, first, a messaging framework was developed to help communicate, promote, and inspire their internal audience. This underpinned what was to become the final tagline: “Because values matter” – with the middle word interchangeable in creative executions to emphasis different aspects of the 3 core values.
Once the strategic messaging was finalised, we collaborated with Amadeus to develop a creative identity for each value, and began to flow this out into various assets, taking into consideration the newly-launched Amadeus branding. The output included web banners, email headers, PowerPoint templates, and video content. The promotion was taken further, with the final stage of the campaign including the conceptualisation, design and production of office décor, office games and online promotions.
As a result, the values message has been spread globally across their thousands of employees, with the content featured at several Amadeus events, helping to inspire teams to foster a positive, inclusive, and trailblazing environment.
