We worked with research partner Kantar to interview 11,000 vehicle owners across the world to understand the elevated importance of the digital experience when purchasing vehicles.
Car purchasing habits, expectations and requirements are changing at high speed. The importance of delivering a compelling digital experience across all touch points has never been more important. Sitecore wanted to highlight the enabling role that compelling digital experiences has on the automotive purchasing journey, and commissioned Prism to develop a unique campaign to showcase this fundamental point.
To approach this project, we first developed a questionnaire which was distributed to 11,000 survey respondents via our research partner Kantar. We then compiled, analysed and reviewed the results to develop the research report and accompanying interactive ebook built on our platform Prism Present. This was then distributed across a range of digital channels including paid media, email, social and organic via the main Sitecore website.
