A series of videos showcasing the set-up and installation of Worldpay's terminals.
Objective
To empower Worldpay customers with easy-to-digest, self-serve content.
Worldpay were looking to supply their customers with a series of self help videos covering topics such as the in-store installation of their terminals, with the aim to smoothen their customer set-up experience.
Prism were tasked to help make this happen. Our filming team captured footage of the Worldpay POS terminals in our office studio, with the production team taking the approved scripts, sourced voiceover and final footage to edit into a easy-to-follow and clear video, ready for Worldpay to roll out to their customers.
Now, Worldpay customers have a series of engaging and helpful content that empowers them to start taking payments, without delay.
