The Prism team was tasked with the creation of a year-long channel campaign to displace Plantronics and Polycom from key collaboration partners in the UK. The objective of this multifaceted campaign is to win incremental business for Jabra by demonstrating to resellers the superiority of Jabra products, accelerate sales, and change the mindset of marketing and sales staff within key distribution partners.
The project is ongoing and to date we have delivered a huge amount of digital and offline assets, including a training and gamification app, content writing, interactive tools, print production, spiff day promotions and training materials.
The team was up against the clock to deliver the first set of resources, so needed to action quickly. Following the approval of a clear proposal that outlined all the deliverables with costings and timings, we quickly got to work. The campaign is now in full flow and every 2 months we start work on the next round of deliverables and challenges.
One of the key assets created is a staff engagement app that contains challenges, a leaderboard tracker for sales target goals, prizes, learning tools, group and private chat functions and much more!
