Interactive online report development
Trustly conducted its first “State of Online Banking” report in partnership with Nepa, the leading provider of data-driven consumer insights, with the aim of obtaining a detailed overview of consumer behaviour in online banking. The data was taken from seven European countries for the first report UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Italy, Spain and Sweden and compiles part of the findings of the report into a vibrant, easy to consume online tool.
The tool provides only some of the results of the survey, readers are compelled to submit their contact information to receive the rest of the results, offering Trustly’s sales and marketing teams with the opportunity to follow up with additional resources.
In terms of methodology, Trustly surveyed 1,000 respondents in each market between the ages of 18 and 66 over a two-week period.
