To educate, equip and empower their partners with the knowledge and insights to effectively market and sell Nuapay’s solutions.
Nuapay – a leader in Open Banking and Account-to-Account payments – powers many of the world’s largest banks and enables payment platforms and merchants to deliver innovative, profitable and seamless payment services.
We engaged with their Partnerships and Marketing teams, who required help in developing their partner story. Their pioneering status and rich 20-year history in payments, a compelling edge over younger FinTech’s, wasn’t at the fore of their messaging, and their extensive product capabilities deserved more recognition. In addition, they were lacking a core enablement asset they could provide in their conversations with their partner accounts.
To kickstart the project, we developed a strategic partner messaging framework – an internal document to reiterating their core values, with straplines, mission and vision statements, and elevator pitches, to ensure clarity
and consistency in their story. As part of this process, we conducted interviews with key business stakeholders – including the CEO, Sales Director, and other management – as well as performing a content audit on existing materials and collateral.
With this framework as a basis, we moved onto creating a hero partner asset, to house their partner story and product information that the Nuapay team could leverage in partner conversations and share with their accounts. To make the content more dynamic than a standard PDF, we introduce interactive elements, to help accommodate a balance between having the right detail of information available but ensuring that the content was still engaging and digestible. The partnerships team will now use this PDF in their sales conversations, in order to educate, equipand empower their accounts with the knowledge and insights to effectively market and sell.
